Mintable.Media is a StoryHub destination operated by Sphering3 LLC. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit the site.
Public browsing
You can browse Mintable.Media without creating an account or signing in. When your browser requests a page, the server may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested address, referring page, timestamp, and network or security events. This information is used to deliver, secure, diagnose, and maintain the site.
Information you submit
The public site has no account, upload, comment, payment, or licensing-request form. It does not use advertising or audience-analytics scripts, and no ChatGPT account is required. The Client Studio is informational and does not currently collect client requests or deliver media files.
Client services
Before SPHERING³ activates first-party client accounts, payment, media access, licensing, or minting transactions, this notice will be updated to describe the information collected, why it is used, how long it is retained, and the choices available to clients.
Retention and service providers
Technical logs are retained only as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the site, investigate errors or misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Infrastructure providers may process limited technical information on behalf of Sphering3 LLC when providing hosting, network, security, or maintenance services.
